Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times from when a portrait is approved for creating is usually about 4 to 6 working days and the same for our Pet Treats

Custom Pet Portraits – FAQs
Our pet portraits are precisely as all our videos state. We hide absolutely nothing from our clients. We create digitally bespoke, custom artworks created just for you by our very gifted Graphic Artists from your pet’s photo and professionally printed onto canvas and if you ordered it, along with modern frames.
Choose your style, Oil, Abstract or Watercolors. If so we always send 4 to 6 different creations for your consideration. Only one may be chosen, that will always be yours. The others are deleted, so choose well. Or you may go to the Magnificant 9 if you wish a character portrait. All these are as you see. There are no changes except your pet is subsituted in lieu of the existing dog or cat. we do not send samples of these because you wll get exactly what you see. This part is not subjective as are the others. Upload your pet’s photo, select your options, and place your order online.
Yes, multi-pet portraits are common and we do not charge any extra for more pets. Our Graphics Artists like to have fun and occasionally see it as a challange to create truley bespoke images that look just perfect. You may even send in seperate photos to be combined into one if that suites you. Again, we do not charge any extra monies for this servive.
As stated in our videos we send 4 to 6 different bespoke creations to you via email to make your choice as to which one you love. Sometimes, this choice is too hard and our clients leave the choice to us which can at times lead to heated debates from our Graphics Artists as to which is the better image, but always in good fun, until something gets thrown, usually a stapler or the like across the room. Blood is rarely drawn of course. This is when it's the managers turn to step in to make the final choice for the client.

Yes. Absolutely so. Only our team see them and once your project is completed, your painting has been ordered and despatched we wait two weeks as per our conditions of sale to receive any complaints, them all information is deleted. Your pet’s photos are used only to create your order and are handled with care till it's time to delete all information re your commission.

Custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there is a production error.
Please contact us promptly with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Yes! A FREE digital proof is included to approve with every artwork. You will receive a digital preview to approve before your portrait is printed.
We don't just do custom dog portraits; we can create artworks for all types of pets, including custom cat portraits, personalised horse portraits, rabbits, birds, snakes, chickens, etc. The possibilities are endless!

We use fine art paper rated at 310 gsm for all our custom pet portraits. Our industry leading paper and print capabilities enable us to use a full colour gamut, meaning high dynamic range and a vibrant end product.
We pride ourselves on our industry leading design, print and paper quality. All pet portraits printed on fine art paper are backed with a lifetime warranty.
Not at all. We can include pets on the same portrait even from completely separate photos. No need to remove the background either!
Lighting matters. Take a photo outdoors if you can, otherwise a bright well-lit room will suffice. It's important to minimise harsh artificial lighting, as you want the colours in the photo to reflect the true colouring of your pets fur.
We recommend crouching down to get an eye-level shot, allowing for close up of your pets head and chest in focus. Consider your background, as you don't want any to lose your pets finer details by them blending in-to the background. If your pet has a lighter fur a darker background works best and vice versa.

Digital photos work best. If you only have access to printed photos we may be able to work with them. Your best bet is to take high quality photos of the physical copies in natural light and send them through to
